Aside from that, such panels are not really proven to be water proof so; it should be kept in a place safe from water. In case of a little water spill, one should wipe it out immediately with a smooth cloth as rough cloth could damage the film. Also, it would be best to keep it clean from dust and other dirt so it can really harness solar energy.
